Once the oil reaches 375F deep fry the beef for 5 minutes.  This will make it very crispy.</li><li id="recipeseo-instruction-2" class="instruction">Remove beef from the oil and remove excess oil with some paper towel.</li><li id="recipeseo-instruction-3" class="instruction">Remove all the oil in the wok.  Reheat the wok on high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir fry the ginger, chilli sauce.  Then add all the other ingredients and toss.  Cook for 7 minutes.</li><li id="recipeseo-instruction-4" class="instruction">Add the beef to the wok and toss.</li><li id="recipeseo-instruction-5" class="instruction">Quickly plate it on a dish and serve hot.</li></ol></div></p>
